Welcome to our policies and procedures section. Here, we outline everything you need to know to make your experience with us as smooth and enjoyable as possible. From prepayment policies to cancellation procedures and arrival guidelines, we aim to ensure clarity and transparency in every aspect of your visit.

Prepayment Policy

  

Prepayment totaling 50% of total party pricing including services and minimum gratuity required to reserve date. Remaining balance in full including service cost and minimum gratuity of 25% due 5 days prior to party date by automatic charge to your card on file. Cancellations after 5 days are charged 20% of the total party cost which will be deducted from refund. No refunds for cancellations with less than a full 48 hours prior to the reserved party date.

Sunday Spa Party Booking Requirements

  

Sunday spa party booking requests based on availability & require a minimum "service" cost of $1200, separate nonrefundable booking fee of $100, and 30% gratuity for therapists due in advance. All other party terms also apply.

Booking Terms and Conditions

 

Wednesday & Friday nights - services by advance appointment (as available) *Gratuity for your therapist equal to 20% of the regular pricing will be added to all services. (25% adult spa parties & 30% on Sundays) If for any reason this is not acceptable to you, please advise prior to check-out or advance payment processing for your reservation. Gift cards, spa packages, and therapies do not include gratuity for your therapists.  Minimum of 20% gratuity is required for all services. Cash is preferred for gratuity and gift cards cannot be utilized for gratuity.  

Specials

  

Specials cannot be combined with any other promotion. Gift card "specials" redeemable on full-priced services only.

Cancellation and Refund Policy

 

When we reserve your appointment, we reserve this space for you, and will not take this time away for any other client. We ask that if you must cancel, you kindly give us 48 hours notice (5 full days for spa parties).

Payment and Credit Card Authorization

  

We now require credit card authorization at time of booking for your $100 advance deposit or payment in full if within 48 hours of your scheduled appointment. Payment for all service reservations totaling greater than $100 may be processed 24 - 48 hours prior to scheduled service, along with the minimum gratuity for your therapist. However, your full payment will be refunded with the required minimum notice of cancellation. Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice will be handled as "no shows" or late notice cancellations, and absolutely no refund will apply, as this is not fair to other clients who needed an appointment, not fair to our therapists, and hurtful to our small business. We appreciate your understanding regarding this matter.

Arrival and Late Policy

  

In our efforts to provide timely service for all of our clients, please be aware that late arrivals may lose therapy time, as one lateness is cumulative in nature, thereby resulting in subsequent client reservations to also start later than their scheduled time. All clients must arrive 15 minutes prior to their reservation in order to fulfill paperwork requirements, use the restroom, etc. ( i.e. if you have a reservation time at 10am, your "latest" spa arrival is 9:45am). Clients that arrive 15 minutes after their scheduled reservation time are considered "no shows" & no refund shall apply. However, at our option, we may allow such reservation to be rescheduled for a small fee.
